B2C Overview

The IC Corporate Salary Payments (B2C) API enables authorized sending partners to submit salary payment transactions on behalf of corporate customers. The solution leverages IC's existing remittance infrastructure while providing dedicated controls for payroll processing, funding validation, compliance screening, authorization workflows, and beneficiary disbursement.

Version 2 (V2) Enhancement:

The Corporate Payments API has been enhanced with Version 2 (V2) to support both Business-to-Consumer (B2C) salary disbursements and Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C) transfers under a unified framework.
V2 introduces improved payload standardization, stronger validation, and enhanced transaction processing performance.
As part of this update, the transaction initiation flow has been upgraded with a new endpoint (/v2/transactions/initiate), enabling better throughput, idempotent request handling, and more granular error responses.
All other APIs remain unchanged, ensuring backward compatibility while allowing partners to adopt the new initiation flow seamlessly.
