Version 3 (V3) – Payments API Update (C2C, Corporate Salary Payments, Bill Payments)

Version 3 (V3) introduces a unified API framework for Consumer-to-Consumer (C2C), Corporate Salary Payments (B2C) and Bill Payments process flows, including salary disbursements, peer transfers and Bill Payments. The update enhances payload standardization, validation rules, and processing performance across all transaction types.

As part of this upgrade, only the transaction creation (initiation) endpoint has been updated. All other endpoints remain unchanged and continue to function as per the existing integration.

The new endpoint supports improved throughput, enhanced error handling, and idempotent request processing, ensuring reliable transaction submission for C2C, B2C and Bill Payments use cases.

The countries currently supported for Corporate Salary Payments via Instant Cash are India, Bangladesh, Nepal, and the Philippines.

The countries currently supported for Bill Payments via Instant Cash is Philippines (Ventaja).

Developers are required to update their integrations to use the V3 initiation endpoint while continuing to use existing endpoints for other operations unless otherwise specified.
