Returns a list of cities which belong to a specific country or state, or both.

If a country and state are not specified, all cities will be returned.

ISO-3166 alpha-2 code.
If it is set, only the specified country states will be returned.

stateCode

Specific local code of the exact state.

2-3 digits code (Available in the Web base IC system).

pageNumber

1 to 2147483647

The number of the next page.
(Default is 1)

pageSize

int32

1 to 1000

This is the maximum number of records per page that can be returned to the client.
Must be between 1 and 1000. (Default is 50)
